The ending ofOutlanderseason 7, part 1, saw Claire, Jamie, and Ian arrive in Scotland in the 18th century, while Roger and Buck went through the stones in the 20th century to find Jemmy. It’s the perfect setup for a new adventure, and thetrailer forOutlanderseason 7, part 2, provides a teaser for what is to come.It has been many years since Jamie and Claire saw their loved ones at Lallybroch, and Ian’s reunion with his mother, Jenny, is sure to be heartwarming as well. However, it likely won’t be long before disaster strikes, as Claire is doomed to be called back to the American colonies to aid Lord John Grey (as only a surgeon like Claire can).
As for Roger and Buck, the trailer forOutlanderseason 7, part 2, teases that the standing stones will take them to a different point in time than Claire and Jamie’s present.There will be some surprise returning characters in the coming episodes,though it’s currently unclear whether they will appear in episode 9 or those that follow.Regardless, we can certainly expect a lot of excitement between now and January 2025 asOutlanderbrings its great stories to the screen.
