Warning! This article contains SPOILERS for Tulsa King season 2, episode 1.Even thoughTulsa Kingseason 2 just started, Sylvester Stallone’s crime show has already revealed the best new character.Tulsa Kingseason 2has promised to be bigger and better than the first season, and one of the ways it’s already fulfilling that promise is by introducing new characters. The premiere introduced two important new characters in the form of Cal Thresher and Bill Bevilaqua, the new antagonists to Dwight’s plans. While they already seem like worthy replacements for Caolan Waltrip, who died at theend ofTulsa Kingseason 1, there’s another new character who’s already upstaging them.

Thecast ofTulsa Kingseason 2already has some big personalities. Dwight is obviously an engaging character on his own, but the rest of the cast is what makes him such a great protagonist. With Bodhi’s dispensary and computer skills, Tyson’s heart, Stacy’s drama, and more, there’s only one thing the Manfredi gang is missing: a cool and intimidating enforcer. Luckily, the premiere ofTulsa Kingseason 2 filled that missing slot perfectly, and the new character who acts as the gang’s bruiser is already a treat to watch. It’s still early, butTulsa Kingseason 2 has already introduced the best new character.

Sylvester Stallone’s time as an Oklahoma gangster is set to continue in Tulsa King season 2, and the new season is set to begin in September.

Bigfoot Is Already The Best New Character In Tulsa King Season 2

Even though Neal McDonough’s Cal Thresher and Frank Grillo’s Bill Bevilaqua are great villains, a different character stole the show in the premiere ofTulsa Kingseason 2.Mitch’s cousin from Kentucky, Bigfoot (Mike “Cash Flo” Walden), is already the best new character inTulsa King. There’s so much to like about Bigfoot, from the fact that he prefers being called Bigfoot over his real name, Michael, to his views on the psychology of being hired muscle. He’s a massive guy with an even bigger personality, but those aren’t the only reasons Bigfoot is the best new character inTulsa Kingseason 2.

Tulsa Kingseason 2, episode 1, is now available to stream on Paramount+.

Bigfoot Has A Lot Of Potential For Tulsa King Season 2

Another thing that makes Bigfoot such a great addition to the cast ofTulsa Kingis how much potential he has. Dwight could use Bigfoot in 100 different ways, whether it’s for intimidating his opponents, gaining control over tough situations, or simply for protection.Bigfoot could also be the key to making the fight scenes inTulsa Kingseason 2 even bigger and better than ones previously seen, as he’s sure to pack quite a punch. Aside from the physical opportunitiesTulsa Kinghas with Bigfoot, though, there are also quite a few interesting story directions he makes possible.

In just one episode, Bigfoot has already begun transformingTulsa King. The mere fact that Dwight now has a dedicated bodyguard is evidence that his gang is getting more powerful and serious.InTulsa Kingseason 1, Dwight mostly threatened people with violence, but now that Bigfoot has been added to the cast, Dwight’s threats to crack someone’s skull could be literal. Even though Bigfoot makes the gang more legitimate, he also makes lighter moments possible. Bigfoot has already instigated a few fun moments between the show’s returning characters, like when they joined together to marvel at his size.

Bigfoot Is Even Improving Other Characters In Tulsa King Season 2

Bigfoot brings quite a bit to the table inTulsa Kingseason 2 on his own, but he’s also helping the show’s other characters shine more. Now that Bigfoot is essentially a one-man army for the gang, the people who used to be simply enforcers, like Fred and Grace, can stand out more than they did inTulsa Kingseason 1. Grace got promoted to “cannabis concierge,” and the premiere ofTulsa Kingseason 2 saw Fred join the main group to try on suits and attend the benefit dinner. Bigfoot isn’t just impressive in his own right, he makes other characters impressive too.

If the other characters of Tulsa King season 2 are as instantly likable as Bigfoot, it could be a tremendous season of television.

While Bigfoot definitely made a great first impression, there’s also plenty of room for someone else to take his spot as the most interesting character inTulsa Kingseason 2. Cal Thresher and Bill Bevilaqua already seem like great villains, and it looks like some of the returning characters are poised to have very interesting story arcs. There are also nine more episodes left for the show to introduce even more characters, and any one of them could steal the show. If the other characters ofTulsa Kingseason 2 are as instantly likable as Bigfoot, it could be a tremendous season of television.
