In the newSims 4expansion,Life & Death, players get to explore what happens when Sims die and after they die, withplenty of festivals and a new events. Each of these new additions will give players something to celebrate and change the moods of their Sims. With this newexpansion pack in theSims 4, there is plenty of stuff to explore. This pack looksat the lives of your Sims in a new way, asking them to live fuller lives while they are alive and to continue to live after they die. There is even a new way toundergo a Rebirthto allow your Sims to have a new life even after it seems to be the end.
All Events In Ravenwood
The main new event in Ravenwood in theLife & Deathpack is theFuneral. This event is something that you can plan for your Sims, and you can choose who can attend and who the Deceased is. There are a lot ofcustomization options for the Funeral event, withover 14 different activities to choose from. You can also pick whatever location and time you want to hold it.
Sims 4 Life & Death Continues The Best & Worst Sims Trend
The Sims 4’s latest expansion, Life & Death, continues its streak of excellent supernatural content while making its worst feature even more apparent.
Because of this, the Funerals are going to beunique every time they are held, and you may even pick the Dress Code and specific color each guest has to wear. The Ghost of the Deceased might even show up, which will make the event that much more exciting. There are nowother ways to honor the Deceased in theSims 4, but the Funeral event is going to be the most fun.
However, thereare a few other eventsyou should know about. Some of these events take place quite often, and you’re able to get useful information and items from some of them.

Try Before You Die Casket Sale
This is also a recurring event on most weekdays, which takes place in thecenter of Crow’s Crossing. There will be caskets set out for you to look through, and you’re able to test them out to see which one is right for your Sims. The main vendor will be dressed as theUndertaker, and you can attempt to negotiate a cheaper price for your favorite coffin.
Afterlife Anonymous
This is a Festival where Sims will be able toget some comfort for their recent troubles. Whether they experienced a loss or whether they newly joined the afterlife themselves, they will be able to get some support from the rest of the Sims.Each Sim will be able to share their storiesand what led them to this support group.
Both ghosts and the living often attendthese meetings, and you’re able to also find some light refreshments at these meetings. If you want to get there, you will have to find Club Eternity and thentravel to the Ruinsfrom there.
Crow’s Crossing Celebration of Life
This takes place near theTown Hall. This is much like the Funeral event that you can plan, but it is ongoing three times a week at the park. This will not be something that your Sims who haven’t experienced death will be interested in. However, if they have recently experienced a death theycan make a dedication to their loved one.
Notably,if you know a ghost, you will also be able to make a dedication. Sims can now become friends with ghosts, as in the Afterlife Anonymous group, and anything you can do for a deceased loved one in the game, you canalso do for the ghostswho befriend you.
The Moon Revelry
The Moon Revelry Festivaltakes place every nightand takes place in a small celebration area in the Whispering Glen. There are a fair number of activities even so, as your Sims canMoonbathe, Night Swim, or dance around the Bonfire. This can lead to some relationship entanglements as well, giving you plenty of reason to plan to join the party.
Additionally, you canrummage through some dirt pilesaround the festival area. This will allow you to find Tarot Cards, which is another new item that you can unlock by searching for individual cards. Assemble a full deck byexploring every neighborhood in Ravenwoodto get a special reading every morning.
Participate In Festivities Alive Or Dead
There are also a lot of new Festivals for your Sim to enjoy, which will be sure toaffect your Sims’ moodsand how they feel for the rest of the week. There are about2 main Festivalsthat players will want to attend, each of them taking place on different days of the week in theLife & Deathpackat specific times.

Thinned Festiveil
This is aonce-a-week Festivalthat you can participate in at the Guardian Tree. There is a side quest attached to this Festival, which is all about the tree itself. Sims can participate by bringing the Guardian Tree gifts andtrying to figure out why the tree is not behavingas it should. You can see an example of the Festival taking place in YouTuberligayatrait’s video.
For those curious, you can also find out about theReaper career at this Festival. Interact with the Grimterns, who are Sims dressed in Grim costumes. They will tell you about the career and offer to play you in a game of chance. There is also aTarot reader in attendanceif you are looking to get a reading from your cards.
Ravenwood Family Day
The Ravenwood Family Day is all about taking care of what happens to your stuff after you die. AnInheritance Lawyeris present and will help you write up your will at this Festival, and then you can decide who gets what. However, while you are drawing up your will, younger Sims canplay on the playground, interact with specters, hunt for frogs, or eat a picnic in the park.
If you want a pet Crow, theCrow Handlerwill also be present at this Festival.
