At FanExpo this year, Capital Cosplay (@capitalcos)showed off his fantasticLast Standsuit on the convention floor, posing with many other cosplayers and fans along the way.
Shared on Instagram byCapital Cosplay, thisLast Standbuild perfectly captures how the original looked, including the iconic leather jacket and Spider-Man’s lenses.This version of Spider-Manis considered by Marvel fandom to be one of the darkest in the character’s long history, though this cosplay artist was bright and happy as he showed off his look at FanExpo.
While there, Capital Cosplay posed alongside other iconic characters like Batman, She-Hulk, Harley Quinn, Cloud Strife, and many more, as part of the convention’s wider celebration of comic book culture.
After theGrim Huntstoryline, theLast Standversion of Spider-Man murdered Kraven the Hunter. He then went on to push his friends and family away,eventually being expelled from the Avengersfor his behavior. He wouldn’t stop there though, as Peter would even go so far as murdering Doctor Octopus, killing him with his own iconic tentacle by forcing it through his chest.
