Seargeoh Stallone, Sylvester’s son, is one of the lesser-known members of the Stallone family.Sylvester Stallone was one of the biggest movie starsof the ’70s and ’80s. Even when he moved out of the peak stardom of his earlier career, Stallone remained in the Hollywood spotlight thanks to some key cameos, smaller roles in major franchises, and the occasional return to the lead in films likeCreedandThe Expendables.
With his burly physique, unique voice, and ability to play sensitive and strong,Stallone is one of those directorsand actors with a high approval rating from everyone.Stallone has had several high-profile relationships, including three marriages. He married Sasha Czack in 1974 and divorced her in 1985, married Brigitte Nielsen that same year and divorced her in 1987, and then married Jennifer Flavin in 1997 and has been with her since. Stallone is not shy about his personal life, which is why it’s odd that Seargeoh is relatively unknown.

8 Unloved Sylvester Stallone Movies That Are Actually Good
While Sylvester Stallone has had major hits with the Rocky and Rambo franchises, his filmography boasts many surprisingly great unloved movies.
Seargeoh Stallone Is Sylvester’s Youngest Son With His First Wife, Sasha Czack
Seargeoh Is Sylvester’s Second Child By Czack
Seargeoh Stallone is Sylvester’s youngest son, born in 1979, with Sasha Czack. Tragically, Seargeoh had an older brother by three years, Sage Moonblood Stallone, who passed away on July 30, 2025, after suffering a heart attack (viaCNN). When Seargeoh was three, he was diagnosed with autism (viaPeople). At the time, it was a difficult prospect for the young couple, particularly as one was working in the demanding entertainment industry, as Czack said,
“I knew that Sly couldn’t get as involved because of his work. We do what we have to do. So I just said, ‘Give me the money, and I’ll take care of it.'”

The Stallones began a research fund in 1985 under the National Society for Children and Adults With Autism and Stallone used the premiere of his movies to raise money for it. It’s not completely clear what Seargeoh is doing now or even where he is living, ashe almost never makes public appearances and is not on social media.
Why Seargeoh Has Never Appeared In The Family Stallone
Seargeoh Keeps A Very Private Life
It’s not entirely clear why Seargeoh has never appeared in the Sylvester Stallone family reality series,The Family Stallone, but it’s likely the same reason why he’s maintained a very private life. Back in 1985, Stallone refused photo requests of Seargeoh, fearing they would have adverse effects on his son, soit’s possible that Seargeoh’s autism still precludes him from public and on-camera appearances.
There’s no reason to believe that Sylvester and Seargeoh have a bad relationship and Sylvester famously repaired his relationship with Sage while filmingRocky V(viaPeople). It would be odd if Sylvester would publicly talk about the bettering of this relationship while still having a tense one with Sage’s younger brother. The most likely case is thatSeargeoh simply doesn’t want to appear. Social difficulties and communication differences are common for people with autism (viaKOTM). So Seargeoh may prefer his quiet life.

Seargeoh Stallone Isn’t An Actor But He Did Appear In Rocky II
Seargeoh Has An Uncredited Role As Rocky And Adrian’s Infant Son
Though Seargeoh is not an actor like his late brother Sage or Sylvester, he does have one credit to his name: as Rocky and Adrian’s infant son, Robert ‘Rocky’ Balboa Jr. inRocky II. It’s an uncredited performance and likely just a wink to his then-wife, Czack, by the director/writer/star Stallone. The baby is barely in the film, only appearing for a brief moment when the doctors present him to Adrian (Talia Shire) after she awakes from her coma.
Robert Jr. is played by Sage Moonblood Stallone in Rocky V where the character is 14.

It’s not unusual for celebrities’ children to stay out of the spotlight, which makes it all the more notable that Seargeoh is not a public presence, considering how public the rest of his family is. For whatever reason,Seargeoh Stalloneappears to prefer the civilian life, away from the camera and lights.
