Hazard’s ultimate got nerfed while Sojourn’s Disruptor Shot no longer generates energy.
Overwatch 2 just issued a hotfix with nerfs to Hazard and Sojourn. Read on for these hero balance updates and more.

Overwatch 2 hotfix today
On Dec. 16, Overwatch 2 nerfed tank hero Hazard’s ultimate. The cost of Downpour increased by 13%. Meanwhile, damage hero Sojourn received balance updates to her Railgun, Disruptor Shot, and Overclock.
Railgun’s shots-per-second was reduced from 16 to 15. As for Disruptor Shot, it no longer generates energy. Finally, Overclock’s charge rate got reduced to 100 per second.
