Something that falls short in a crime-ridden city is the controlled road behavior. Cops could pursue you in a high-speed chase, or gangs could block the streets and launch their own attacks. The streets of Night City could feel like a place where anything could happen, making driving just as chaotic and unpredictable as everything else in the city.

If the game made breaking traffic laws a bigger part of the gameplay, the game would feel more alive. Adding consequences for reckless driving would increase the thrill of each drive, making the streets feel more connected to the wild world ofCyberpunk 2077’sNight City.
