Nobody 2gets a new image, previewing Bob Odenkirk’s action-packed return as Hutch Mansell, this time with some old school weaponry. Released in 2021, the firstNobodywas a surprise hit, following Hutch, a seemingly ordinary family man, as he embraces his past as an assassin following a home invasion. Director Timo Tjahjanto takes over from Ilya Naishuller to helm the sequel, which features the return of Connie Nielsen and Christopher Lloyd, with Sharon Stone set to play the new villain.

Though theNobodyreviewswere positive from critics and the movie clearly struck a chord, Tjahjanto has teased that he’s shaken things up in the sequel. In aninterview withEmpire, the director said that the follow-up gets rid of “the whole drab, gloomy factory/warehouse feel of the first film,” with thesequel instead feeling “much more summery and colourful.”
According to the director, Stone’s villain is “an alpha female” and “completely batsh*t crazy.”
