Deku accomplished so many impressive feats, such as gaining entrance to U.A. High, one of the most prestigious hero programs in Japan, and helping save the world by battling Shigaraki and All For One. Inko was constantly by Deku’s side, either physically or in support, cheering him on and offering support, but Hisashi did none of this, seemingly not even interacting with his son or wife. Thankfully,Deku had Inko’s unconditional love and All Might’s mentorship to guide him.

Deku was never without encouragement, sinceAll Might helped fill the role his father did not and Inko was always very upliftingand, at times, even somewhat overbearing in making sure Deku stayed safe. Inko even almost made Deku leave the Hero Course when she was terrified he would be hurt by a villain and confronted All Might directly, proving how intensely she cares for her son. All Might is also a constant presence in Deku’s life, motivating him to be his best and work hard and even giving him the Quirk that kickstarted his hero career.

My Hero Academia has been slowly pushing a redemption arc for pro hero Endeavor, but fans aren’t buying into the idea of redemption for this abuser.
