Wesley “lambyseries” Seek will play Hearthstone esports at the Hangzhou Asian Games. He will also represent Singapore.
A Hearthstone esports event will be happening at the Hangzhou Asian Games this year, and player Wesley “lambyseries” Seek received an invitation to it! Here are the details.

Hearthstone esports at the Hangzhou Asian Games
The ninetieth Asian Games will be held at Hangzhou this year from Sept. 23 to Oct. 8, and lambyseries will be participating in it. Throughout the years as a competitor, lambyseries entered many tournaments. More recently, he won the gold in Hearthstone Grandmasters 2022 Season 1 Week 1 for the APAC region.
Ina replyto his tweet, lambyseries revealed that he will represent Singapore. His tweet included a screenshot of the message he received as well. It noted that the Singapore Esports Association invited him to participate in esports as an athlete.

Lambyseries and competitive Hearthstone
“Hey hearthstone we’re finally in the end game. One last ride lets go,” lambyseries wroteon Twitter.
For context, lambyseries announced his retirement from competitive Hearthstoneback in January. This was around the same time of the Hearthstone esports 2023 roadmap reveal.

The card game’s esports roadmap outlined seven competitive events for 2023. These included the following:
Fall Season - Qualification Period:July to September
Hearthstone World Championship: TBD
The original announcement revealed no prize pools for the three Hearthstone Masters Tour events, which differed from the $250,000 prize pools of 2022. However, after community feedback, Blizzard updated the prize pool distribution. Each Masters Tour will now feature$50,000 in prizing.
