Speaking atDeadline’s Contenders Television event,Interview With The Vampireproducer Mark Johnson offered insights into the progress on season 3. Suggesting that the show’s writers are busily working on the scripts, series creator and showrunner Rolin Jones currently “has no time to himself.” Johnson also revealed thatfilming is due to begin in Toronto later this year, and that much of the season rests on Reid’s shoulders. At this stage, there is stillno clear indication when viewers can expectInterview With The Vampireseason 3 to arriveon screens, but with filming still yet to commence, the likelihood of it arriving sometime this year is looking increasingly slim. Given that it took seven months for season 2 to premiere after filming wrapped in October 2023, even the most optimistic estimates would place a potential release date sometime in either early or mid-2026.
