Season 4 Adds New Cast Members
As the ensemble of the upcoming season continues to take form, the latest news confirms that three new cast members have joinedIndustryseason 4 (viaDeadline). Joining fellow newcomers like Max Minghella, Kiernan Shipka, and Jack Farthing,Kal Penn (Designated Survivor), Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things), and Claire Forlani (Cruel Intentions) will now appear in season 4. Penn assumes the role of Jay Jonah Atterbury, the CEO of Tender. Meanwhile, Heaton will play finance journalist Jim Dycker, and Forlani plays Cordelia Hanani-Spyrka, a major name in the world of corporate PR.

HBO Quickly Renewed The Finance Drama In 2024
The fate ofIndustrywas not certain when season 3 began, and there was no guarantee that it wouldn’t get a cancelation like so many other HBO originals that got axed by Warner Bros. Discovery’s cost-cutting. However,Industryseason 4 was confirmeda few weeks before the season 3 finale, which is a good sign that the show’s future beyond season 4 isn’t as uncertain. The announcement came with the confirmation of a slew of returning cast members, though production information remains elusive for now.
Industryseason 3 ended on July 22, 2025.
Series creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay released the following statement:

Kit Harington Will Return In Season 4
The HBO original serieshas employed a large cast throughout its first three seasons thus far, and that makes it difficult to say exactly who will appear in season 4. However, there are already a slew of returning cast members confirmed forIndustry’s next installment.Kit Harington is poised to reprise his role as Lumi CEO Henry Huck, and his casting in season 3 helped draw a lot of attention to the unsung series. Joining him will be Myha’la as Harper Stern, while Marisa Abela will be back as the ambitious Yasmin Kara-Hanani.
Ken Leung will reprise the role of Eric Tao, and will appear alongside the likes of Sagar Radia as Rishi Ramdani and Miriam Petche as social media guru Sweetpea Golightly. Season 4 won’t see the return of Harry Lawtey as Robert Spearing, and he’s departing after playing the role for the first three seasons. The first new cast member arrived with the addition ofHandmaid’s Talestar Max Minghella, who will play Whitney Halberstram, the CFO and Founder of the payment processing company, Tender. Kiernan Shipka (Mad Men) will play Hayley Clay, an executive assistant at Tender.

Jack Farthing (Rain Dogs) has also joined the cast as Edward Smith who is described as a trouble-making friend of Henry’s (Harington).Ted Lassoalum Toheeb Jimoh is playing Kwabena Bannerman, a trader at Mostyn Asset Management (Henry’s godfather’s company). Finally, Amy James-Kelly (Three Families) has been cast as incoming minister Jennifer Bevan, who is part of the new Labour government in the UK. Kal Penn (Designated Survivor) is set to play Jay Jonah Atterbury, the CEO of Tender.
Stranger Thingsstar Charlie Heaton has also joinedIndustryas finance journalist Jim Dycker, and Claire Forlani has been tapped to play high-powered business PR representative Cordelia Hanani-Spyrka.
