The Kentucky-based sisters had tried everything from dieting to walking to lose weight and saw bariatric surgery as something that could save them.Amy’s body transformation has stunned me. Her dedication to losing weight so she could fulfill her dream of becoming a mother is inspiring.

Amy’s an internet sensation with millions of followers, including me, who’ve followed her journey. She improved her health and her weight and is now all about achieving her mental health goals since her weight-loss goals have been achieved. However, if there’s one thing about Amy that’s off; it’s her not paying attention to her appearance. The oversized clothes she wore four years ago aren’t flattering. They’re baggy and make Amy appear less self-assured.Amy’s fashion needs to step out of her comfort zoneand truly reinvent herself from head to toe.

20 Best Reality TV Shows Right Now

Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.

Amy Didn’t Have Fashionable Options To Wear Before Surgery

Amy was almost 406 pounds when she started her fitness journey on1000-lb Sistersseason 1. Amy wanted to become a mother, and she knew she had to lose weight to make it happen. While she may not have discussed it openly, Amy could have had low self-esteem when she struggled with her weight. She might have wished to fit into her favorite clothes but wouldn’t have been able to find them in her size. I believebeing overweight doesn’t mean someone can’t look goodand incorporate the latest trends into one’s wardrobe.

However, most fashion brands don’t offer more inclusive sizes. I recall Amy wearing tops that were too tight or too big, and they were outdated. She never made any attempts to wear fashionable styles. She paired these tops with shorts. They were not right for her body, but Amy’s intention at the time was not to look like a fashionista. She did her makeup and hair and looked beautiful, but fashion was not a priority.

Amy Needs To Flaunt Her Weight Loss In Flattering Clothes

Amy is a completely changed person in 2024. She lost 176 pounds by December 2023, and I noticed she’s continuing to lose weight even though she hasn’t provided new updates. A recent picture of Amy was posted bygypsy1902on Reddit in July 2024. It showed Amy posing with some fans in aworn-out-looking black tank top with cut-off jean shorts.Amy’s still dressing up the same way she did in season 1, and I know she can do better in terms of fashion.

Amy needs to give her body, her psyche, and her wardrobe a boost. She needs confidence, which is lacking, which is evident in her posture in the photo. I feel she needs to accessorize more and choose clothes that draw attention to the best parts of her body. Amyseems to love her legs and often wears clothes to show them off.I think she could give dresses a try or wear long pants that cinch at her waist. Nothing is stopping Amy from dressing up in clothes to flatter her figure. She needs to upgrade her style.

When Will Amy Get Rid Of Her Blue Hair?

Amy Can Opt For Highlights Instead

Unfortunately, it’s not just Amy’s clothes that are a problem. She’s not putting in the effort to look put together, which disappoints me. The1000-lb Sistersstar needs to give dying her hair a rest. Her natural hair color suits her best; if she needs to, she can always go in for some highlights. I do understand that blue could be Amy’s favorite color, and she wants to make it her identity, butshe could go for blue streaks or balayage instead of dying her whole headthe one color.
