There have been lots of amazing comics cosplays over this last year, and DC just put down the biggest challenge to cosplayers yet with theFlash’snew outfit. While many amazing cosplayers have portrayed the Flash before, a comics-accurate cosplay got a lot more difficult as the Flash added a giant futuristic bike to his outfit, and I challenge any cosplayer to recreate this new look in real life.

AsAmanda Waller seeks absolute powerover the DC Universe, she has begun using Amazo robots to hunt down and remove the power of all the superheroes. While Barry Allen has managed to avoid having his powers stolen, Wally West hasn’t been so lucky. With his powers drained as ofAbsolute Power#3 by Mark Waid, Dan Mora, Alejandro Sánchez, and Ariana Maher,Wally now has to rely on a superpowered bike that allows him to reach super speeds without the majority of his power.

Flash Shows Off His New Speedster Bike

It’s an incredibly cool look for the Flash, and it’s also a huge challenge for any daring cosplayer. There have been tons of remarkable cosplays over the past year, but none have really gone to the same length that would be required to portray the Flash’s new look. While it would be difficult,it certainly wouldn’t be impossible to create this brand-new look in the real world.

These Cosplayers Certainly Have the Skill to Bring Flash’s New Bike to Life

While there are plenty of amazing cosplayers who wear amazing designs of iconic heroes, there area few cosplayers who go a step above and attempt to show off the truly inhuman. One such cosplayer isbearded_tattooed_guy_in_ga, who has made it almost his entire gimmick to cosplay characters who are far larger than life. His repertoire has included major hitcosplays such as Solomon Grundy, Hellbat, Sentry, and Rhino. While this Flash look isn’t exactly in his wheelhouse, it wouldn’t be surprising if he was able to pull it off.

Deadpool cosplayers aren’t exactly a rare sight at comic conventions, but a several-foot-tall Venompool is truly something unique.

Another fantastic cosplay was by Instagram uservenompooljosh, who showed off a monstrous giant version ofDeadpool with the Venom symbiote. Deadpool cosplayers aren’t exactly a rare sight at comic conventions, but a several-foot-tall Venompool is truly something unique. It showsa high level of craftsmanshipto be able to go above and beyond just recreating a character’s costume or gadgets. Creating something that is inhuman in size is a difficult feat, but certainly not impossible, as proven by these two fantastic cosplayers.

Flash’s Bike Should Be a Great Challenge for a Daring Cosplayer

Cosplay is a difficult and expensive hobby, and it requires a huge amount of skill to pull off. Even just recreating an outfit as simple as Spider-Man’s is going to take a huge amount of time and effort to pull off convincingly. It’s normal to see people cosplaying Batman, but it’s less normal to see them cosplayingBatman alongside the Batmobile. Adding in vehicles makes things infinitely more complex, but theFlash’s new bike is just small enough that I truly think it could be pulled offby someone who has enough skill and motivation.

Nightwing & Batgirl’s Love Story Reaches the Next Level, As Their Real-Life Cosplayers Announce Engagement

When DC just won’t give fans the happy ending they’ve been waiting years for, these Batgirl and Nightwing cosplayers decide to do it themselves.

Whenever a new character or a new version of a character appears, cosplayers almost immediately take it upon themselves to bring those new characters to life. It’s incredibly impressive and wonderful to see every time, and I do not doubt that someone will eventually bring this new Flash bike to the real world as well. While it likely won’t be anytime soon, I really can’t wait to see which cosplayer decides to take on this challenge and bring theFlash’slatest new look to real life.

The Flash

The Flash is the superhero name given to the DC Comics character who utilizes unparalleled speed tied to a dimensional power known as the “speed force” to overwhelm their opposition. Premiering in 1939, the original Flash arrived as Jay Garrick. Still, it would be superseded by Barry Allen in popularity and featured status, but the Flash is one character that has met many of their alternate selves. The character is typically seen as a part of the Justice League in nearly all incarnations.
