InElden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, fans were treated to all kinds of new weapon types, talismans, and armor, such asSt. Trina’s Blossomflower helm. Many of these items are easily found while exploring the Land of Shadow, but some require checking distant corners and hidden areas. Some items are also locked by quest progression and may be easily missed.

One of the biggest reveals of the DLC is the existence ofSt. Trina, a mysterious saint affiliated with the Sleep status effect, and the new Tarnished NPC,Thiollier. Completing his questline results in a new armor set and weapon, but there is also one last secret to be found related to his Saint. Here is how to unlock and find St. Trina’s Blossom.

Elden Ring Hides A Cool New DLC Item Behind A Dirty Trick

While hidden items are nothing new for Elden Ring, the game’s DLC hides one new piece of equipment behind one of its most obscure secrets.

Completing Thiollier’s Questline

Helping the Sleepy Tarnished Find His Saint

One of the new NPCs in the Land of Shadow,Thiollier, is on a quest to find St. Trina. Though he initially joins the group to find Miquella, he diverts from this path to find and protect his patron. While relatively weak and frail,Thiollier is skilled with potions and poisons, including some that provide different outcomes for other NPC quests and can also act as a vendor for several powerful poisons. A full walkthrough of his and St. Trina’s quest can be found inGamerpillar’s video on YouTube.

Following Thiollier’s questline the player to theFissure Depths, where they mustdefeat the Putrescent Knightremembrance boss. After doing so, the player can safely activate the Site of Grace and reach theGarden of Deep Purple, a cave where St. Trina’s body resides. After several dialogue options, intentional deaths, and fights with poor Thiollier, players will be ready to defeat the final DLC boss and complete Thiollier’s quest to receive his rewards. However, there isone more item to find.

Completing Thiollier’s questlineis not required to unlock St. Trina’s Blossom. However, players will still need to progress through the Fissure Depths and defeat its boss before claiming the item. It’s highly recommended tocomplete Thiollier’s questtofind and experience St. Trina’s storyprior to the end of the DLC.

Finding St. Trina’s Blossom

Returning to the Garden to Receive the Flower

Afterdefeating the final boss, most players assume the DLC is completed and either finish their exploration or continue to a New Game+. However, St. Trina has one final secret to pick up before doing so.Returning to the Garden of Deep Purplesite of grace, players will find that St. Trina has unfortunately perished after Miquella’s defeat. However, by investigating her, players will find that St. Trina hasleft them one final gift: St. Trina’s Blossom.

This flower helm has theappearance of a small, purple flowernestled behind the Tarnished’s ear. It provides little damage negation against physical attacks but a small amount against Magic, Fire, Lightning, and Holy damage. It also boosts resistance, with Focus and Vitality being the highest.
