Every character inThe First Descendantbenefits from weapon upgrade Modules, but perhaps the best ones to farm from missions are the ones called Mental Focus. These Modules increase the Firearm Attack stat of whatever weapon your Descendant wields temporarily, giving you a huge damage buff. This enhancement stacks upon itself as well, allowing you to greatly empower a character build through multiple uses of this Module type.
Mental Focus Modules can be leveled up to ten times to reach their maximum buff on one of your weapons, increasing a character’s Firearm Attack a little more each time. This upgrade lasts for two seconds but is removed when you reload or change a firearm with the Module equipped. When wielding anUltimate weapon inThe First Descendant, you’ll never want to switch off a tool with this enhancement.
Upgrades for Modules require Gold and Kuiper Shards, so take some time to find ways to farm these items too once you find a reliable source of Mental Focus items.
