The location’s description in the leaked image mentions that the Party Car is mostly used as a cafeteria and bar, but also serves as a space for meetings and board games for the Nameless inHonkai: Star Rail.

From the looks of both leaks, it seems likePom-Pom’s dedicated area will be located in the southwest corner of the leaked Party Car map on the Astral Express.
