Based on the leaks, Feixiao’s Technique essentially summons a whirlwind around her, pulling in enemies that are in the overworld. The effect, which lasts 20 seconds according to a leak by Sakura Haven posted onReddit, keeps enemies helplessly spinning around her as she moves across the map, still under the player’s control. Once players end the allegedly called Onrush state by entering combat,Wind DMG equal to 200% of Feixiao’s ATK stat will be dealt to all enemies at the start of each wave of combatinHonkai: Star Rail.
The Technique’s leaked description mentions that the DMG is guaranteed to CRIT and that when more than one enemy is pulled into her whirlwind,the multiplier of DMG is increased by 100% for each enemy, up to 1.000%.
