How To Get War Machine’s Weapons In Fortnite
Look For Avenger’s Chests
The best way to get War Machine’s Arsenal, Auto Turrets, or Hover Jets is to find and open an Avenger’s Chest. These are wide silver and blue boxes that have the Avengers logo on top of them. Inside, you’ll always find some kind of superhero-themed item. It’s not guaranteed that it will be one of War Machine’s weapons, but it’s a better idea than running around trying to find one, and whatever you get will be worth using.
It’s also possible to get one of War Machine’s weapons by searching regular Chests or even picking them up as floor loot if you get lucky, but the chances of this happening are quite slim. Finally, you may always eliminate another player who has one of War Machine’s weapons and steal their loot. They won’t be too hard to spot if they’re hovering through the air or auto-shooting people with turrets on their backs.

Fly Through The Sky And Target Your Opponents
To use War Machine’s Hover Jets, simply jump into the air and tap the jump button again to start hovering. At this point, you can hold the jump button to ascend, press the left stick to boost, or press the right stick to return to the ground. The best thing about the Hover Jets is that you can still use other weapons at the same time, letting you take out opponents from the sky.
War Machine’s Hover Jets have a limited use time of around 18 seconds, after which you’ll return to the ground, although you won’t need to worry about fall damage. This timer is reduced further if you use the boost feature, so keep an eye on its fuel bar. Once you’re back on the ground, there will be a short cooldown period before you can use the Hover Jets again.
Although the Hover Jets are a great way to get around quickly and also get a good vantage point on an enemy’s location, they do make your location more obvious, so be aware of that when using them and try not to stay in the same place for too long. The boost comes in handy here.
War Machine’s Auto Turret is essentially a backpack that has a big gun attached. You don’t need to aim or shoot with this weapon, as it willautomatically lock on and fire at any opponents that are nearby. While this is a handy addition to any loadout, the damage it deals is fairly minimal, so don’t rely on it to completely take out your enemies - and definitely don’t stand still while using it as you’ll be vulnerable to enemy fire.
Finally, War Machine’s Arsenal can be used tofire bullets and rockets at enemies for some explosive damage, making it the most useful offensive item out of the three War Machine items, and the one that’s most like a traditional weapon. The best thing about these three items is that, if you manage to find them all, you can use them at the same time to become the ultimate war machine.
