Here’s how and when you can unlock the Ares Fortnite skin!
The Greek Mythology “God of War,” known as Ares, is one of the newest characters to drop into Fortnite. However, unlike Zeus, Aphrodite, Medusa, and others, Ares only appears in-game as a boss but not in theChapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass. Instead, Ares will join the infinite list of Fortnite skins through the Fortnite Crew subscription service later this month. Here’s everything you need to know!
How and when to unlock the Ares Fortnite skin
Epic Games confirmed in theChapter 5 Season 2blog post that Ares would become a Fortnite skin via the Fortnite Crew April 2024 collection. The subscription debuted in 2020 and has introduced various unique andexclusive cosmetic itemsto the game. Additionally, players who enroll receive additional V-Bucks and the seasonal Battle Pass.
It is unclear what will be included in the Fortnite Crew April 2024 bundle. Regardless, Epic Games has given us a look at Ares in-game since he is a boss character.
Based on recent months, the latest Crew offering should be available on March 31. We’ll have to wait and see what other cosmetics will appear in the Fortnite Crew pack, but you can expect a Back Bling, Pickaxe, and Wrap.
