In gratitude, Syd bestows players with Syd’s Napkin, and what he describes as the’legendary lucky black pool ball’,telling players that he hopes they get far more luck out of it than he did.

This item gives players the Lucky Eight Ball Perk, which is aLuck-based Perk that grants the player +1 Luckto their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Stats. This is amust-have Perk inFallout: Londonfor those enjoying a Luck-based playthrough. The Luck stat determines your general good fortune, affecting the recharge rate of Critical Hits, and improves how many Caps, or in this case, Tickets you find, as well as ammo and other useful items.

For those using a Luck build, the Luck stat and its Perks synergize well with Charisma, which should be incorporated within the build. Charisma determines your ability to charm and persuade others in dialogue with NPCs, or when bartering prices with vendors.
