Dragon Orbs are a special item inDragon Ball: Sparking! Zerothat are basically a difficulty reduction tool for specific in-game challenges known as Secondary Clear Conditions. These conditions are additional objectives within certain Episode Battles that sometimes need players to complete the battle in a time limit or get a specific victory condition. Successfully completing these Secondary Clear Conditions unlocks new storylines that tend to deviate from the main storyline of the Dragon Ball universe.

Dragon Orbs are not something you can get just through regular play. You can go through the entire game without getting a single one. Fortunately, if you know how to get them, you can farm them, but it will take a lot of time and effort to do so. However, they’re worth having because some parts ofDragon Ball Sparking! Zeroare very hard to pass, and they make these parts very easy to complete.

How To Sonic Sway In Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero

The ultimate dodge is the Sonic Sway in Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero, which leaves your opponent looking foolish and open to a counterattack.

This doesn’t count as a victory, and the Dragon Orbs warn you of that before they’re used. Essentially, that just means you won’t earn Zeni or unlockables. So that’s why you really shouldn’t use them to beat main fights, since you want the characters and other unlockables you get from playing the game and completing the main objectives. However, if you use a Dragon Orb, you will still be able to complete the alternate story paths in Sparking Episodes.

How To Get More Dragon Orbs

Trading Dragon Balls For Dragon Orbs

Unfortunately, the only way to acquire Dragon Orbs inDragon Ball: Sparking! Zerois through the wish offered by Shenron, Super Shenron, or Porunga. You cannot get them through any other means, like buying them from a shop. So when you havegathered all the dragon balls, summon a dragon and pick the wish"I want to complete an Episode Battle." This won’t complete an episode battle; it will just give you a Dragon Orb to use whenever you want.

The dragonsin Dragon Ball Z gameshave a limited number of wishes they can grant, andDragon Ball Sparking! Zerois no exception to this. Other than Porunga, each dragon can only grant this specific wish once, meaning you’ll need to collect the Dragon Balls repeatedly to earn more Dragon Orbs. This process can be tedious, so use Dragon Orbs strategically. You don’t want to reach a really difficult mission and realize you wasted your orbs on missions you could have done with more attempts.
